How licensing will work
Each purchasable beat will show a dated licence version, price, file package and exact permitted uses before payment. The customer must actively accept that version. The accepted text and purchase details will be preserved with the order even if future licence terms change.
No rights from previews
Preview access does not permit recording, distribution, monetization, sampling, synchronization, resale, sublicensing, Content ID registration or other commercial use. Contact studiosvarenne@gmail.com if you want to discuss custom production or future exclusive rights.
Future licence information
Before sales open, each tier will state file formats, stream or sales limits, video and performance rights, monetization, credit requirements, term, renewal, publishing treatment, sample restrictions, Content ID and remedies. Exclusive agreements will be handled separately, and earlier valid non-exclusive licences will remain effective according to their own terms.
