Before work begins
If you cancel before VARENNE begins the service, the studio will normally provide a full refund to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing time may affect when the funds appear.
After work begins
Contact the studio as soon as possible. If work began at your express request during a statutory withdrawal period, VARENNE may retain or charge a proportionate amount for work already performed where permitted by law. Any remaining refundable amount will be assessed from the actual stage of the project, delivered work and mandatory rights.
Creative dissatisfaction
Mixing and mastering involve artistic judgment. Use the included revision rounds first and explain the specific change needed. A difference in taste alone does not automatically make completed professional work refundable, but it does not remove remedies that apply to a genuine defect or breach of the agreed scope.
Problems caused by VARENNE
If VARENNE cannot complete the service, misses a binding obligation or delivers a technical defect, the studio will first offer an appropriate correction or redelivery where reasonable. A price reduction, cancellation or refund will be provided when required by the agreement or applicable law.
Duplicate and unauthorized charges
Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded. Report an unfamiliar charge promptly to studiosvarenne@gmail.com and your payment provider. VARENNE may request enough information to locate and verify the transaction.
Beat downloads
Commercial beat sales remain unavailable until each licence is finalized. When launched, checkout will separately request any consent and acknowledgment required before immediate digital delivery. Statutory remedies remain available if a file or licence is defective or not as described.
How to request help
Email studiosvarenne@gmail.com with the order email, project title and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method whenever possible.
